Our Story

Leno Corporate Services began when a veteran of the financial & Investment services industry dreamt of blending the genuine island charm the Bahamas is known for with the professional etiquette associated with our wealth management services (that has garnered respect for our region worldwide).

The idea and desire to establish a Bahamian Investment Boutique for all Bahamians to benefit from was born.

This Dream became a reality for the industry veteran when a casual conversation about his desire for a Bahamian Investment Boutique with his colleagues/ investment management team of eight (8) years became the topic of a lively discussion. The end result of that conversation left that investment team with three fundamental concepts.

In June 2010; LENO Corporate Services was formed and the Bahamas had its first Investment Boutique or Bahamians to accumulate and grow their wealth for all of their financial goals.

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Montgomery Braithwaite has more than 38 years working in the financial services industry.  He is a chartered accountant having held the position as Partner with Deloitte & Touché for thirty-five years then later served as President of Colina Imperial Insurance Company Limited for two years.  Mr. Braithwaite is a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (Past Secretary and Council Member).


Company president, Sean K. Longley, is a certified public accountant, holding credentials from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a licensed member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Longley formed Leno in May 2010. His previous engagements include a ten-year stint as Vice President at Colina Financial Advisors Ltd.(CFAL), Manager Client Accounting at SG Hambros/Coutts (Bahamas) Ltd, and Assistant Manager Corporate Services at Coutts (Bahamas) Ltd. Mr. Longley also served as a Director of Bahamas Financial Services Board, from September 2002 to August 2006 and acted in the capacity as Treasurer.

Business Development & Client Relations

Mr. Khalil Braithwaite has his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from The Bahamas Institute of Financial Services/ The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland along with a degree in Economics & Labour Studies from York University.  Mr. Braithwaite was previously employed by a leading financial firm in various capacities including Marketing Jr. Associate, Marketing & Client Relations Associate, Marketing & Business Development Associate, and eventually Business Development & Brokerage Associate over the past six (6) years. He has been intimately involved with the introduction and successful implementation of pension plans for several companies in various industries.  He has participated in and/or developed various seminars regarding financial planning and retirement planning for a number of unions, private institutions, quasi-government entities, and civic groups.  Mr. Braithwaite has written several articles in the Nassau Guardian, appeared on several radio shows and was a weekly guest on the Star 106.5 Tony & Greg Morning Express “Money Matters Tips Segment”.  Mr. Braithwaite appears as weekly guest on the Worry Free Wednesday morning show on Gems 105.9 fm.

Portfolio Management & Administration

Mrs. Tricetta Small has over six years of valuable experience working in the financial services industry.  She has acted in the capacity as a Trader, Broker, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Pension Administrator for one of the leading financial firms.  She has completed her Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and is currently in the process of completing the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) course.  Her appetite for knowledge coupled with her high standard for service gives Leno the competitive edge we need in managing institutional and individual finances.

Accounts Management & Administration

Mrs. Antneal Pinder has over a decade of experience working in the various areas of the financial services industry.  Her roles over the years have included being the primary administrator for several account reconciliations, account payables, and account receivables for her employer and their customers.  In addition, Mrs. Pinder has acted in the capacity of an RTA Administrator and a Pension Administrator for several years.    Her current goals are to complete the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and earn the Certified Public Account (CPA) designation.  Known for her quiet demeanor, soft smile and tireless work ethic; Leno is fortunate to have Mrs. Pinder as a part of their team.
